Posting Summary | The Coordinator of Program and Leadership Development at the Women & Gender Equity Center (WAGE Center) develops and coordinates programs for and in collaboration with students, staff, faculty, and community members. This position coordinates and cultivates leadership development opportunities for students. The Coordinator is responsible for assessing, evaluating, and providing administrative support for programs and events and support the WAGE Center’s marketing and outreach efforts. |
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Bachelor’s degree in Women and Gender Studies, Higher Education & Student Affairs, Education, Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field and one to three years of related experience required. Experience with program development, community building, assessment, and event planning required. Evidence of effective organizational and oral/written communication skills required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience working to foster diversity, social justice, gender equity, and a collaborative multicultural environment required. |
Desirable Qualifications | Experience with programming, organizing, and facilitation in a higher education setting highly desirable. Experience working with college students and/or young adults highly desirable. |
