 Assists in determining feasibility and funding strategies for new and ongoing programs. Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and tracks individual prospect gifts. Develops and executes fundraising communications and solicitations.
The Panther Club is seeking a self-motivated individual to join the annual giving team. The Coordinator will help assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual giving program for Pitt Athletics. This position would primarily provide operational support to the annual giving team and would help manage the execution of the annual giving calendar, solicitation operations, and daily office operations. This role would also be asked to represent the Panther Club in a positive manner through interactions with donors, fans and alumni at games, donor events, and on the phone. This position would help to enhance the annual giving team and continue the growth of annual support for Pitt Athletics.

Additional details about Required Licensure/Certification 1-2 years experience required. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Paciolan products, Affinaquest, SalesForce, Tableau, and Eloqua Marketing Automation preferred. Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations of intercollegiate athletics and fundraising.
Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement On-Campus: Teams that work on campus, in an office, or in a lab.

Essential Functions Assist with the development and operations of a comprehensive annual giving program for Pitt Athletics. Provide operational support for solicitations and campaigns run by the Pitt Athletics annual giving team. Assist in the coordination and execution of Student Panther Club and Panther Club Young Alumni initiatives. Assist with the preparation and execution for various donor events and stewardship initiatives. Serve as a liaison to the ticket office on all questions about donations for season ticket purchasing. Provide excellent customer service for all donors on the Panther Club main phoneline. Manage the Panther Club general email and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Work gamedays and donor events as assigned. Help produce mailing lists, donor lists, and giving reports using Affinaquest, Paciolan and eQuery platforms.
Physical Effort Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
