Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant area and two (2) years of appropriate experience. Relevant experience may substitute for required education. Valid driver’s license required.

This is a grant-funded position contingent upon funding availability.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Some nights and weekend work for special events may be required.

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates, convenes and facilitates industry sector partner meetings to address the needs of both local and regional industries and partners. These efforts focus on designing services, career paths, and skills training programs that enable participants to transition into quality, sustaining careers that fulfill employer requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Serves as the liaison to the logistics technology community and Industry Sector Partners to support participation and conduct outreach to grow industry sector membership to collaboratively create short- and long-term measures that are key to aligning the Upskill Mid-South work with the overall economic and workforce development goals.

Recommends and assists in implementing goals and objectives; establishes schedules and methods for providing Logistics Technology Industry Sector Partnership collaborative meetings and services; Implements policies and procedures; Facilitates and provides ongoing information that addresses consensus building around trends and the skills employers need for skilled qualified, work-ready job seekers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitors and reports on Logistics Technology Industry Sector Partnership short-term and long-term outcomes and goals that are aligned with Upskill Mid-South grant performance to the Advisory Council Board and the Project Director; Recommends to the Advisory Council, through the industry sector partnership workforce, strategies, processes, and or policies to enhance existing systems and procedures.

Researches, prepares and presents reports to the Logistics Technology Industry Sector Partnership and Center for Community Research and Evaluation leadership on issues and concerns brought to the attention of the Industry Sector Partnership group.

Develops and creates outreach, recruitment, and community engagement events for the industry leveraging the Industry Sector Logistics Technology Partnership members; Secure industry champions to rally buy-in from partners and other industry members.
