Position Summary
Coordinate Phase 2 (Clerkship) experiences for each student during the academic year. Ensure student records are accurate and completed in a timely fashion according to the SOM and LCME requirements. Secures onsite and offsite learning opportunities and shares goals and objectives with these students and physicians to assist with creating a successful learning experience.


Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support student learning through assigned curriculum development.
  • Coordinate classes, revise curriculum, serve as students' resouce.
  • Provide support to program directors, students, and faculty on technology, curriculum, equipment, tools, etc.
  • Coordinates workshops and other training events.
  • Work with Program Directors and OMSE to develop coordinate and develop academic programs.
  • Maintains education and training program files.
  • Analyzes submission materials and prepares reports to measure the program’s success.
  • Executes special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have savvy computer skills and be eager to learn new software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to implement systems.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in developing/maintaining a web page.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required with two years experience in development of educational/training materials or related field.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience equaling six years.

Salary Range
$22.25 - $34.45 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
