We want you in the Division of Student Affairs as our next Retention, Access and Belonging Coordinator in Multicultural Student Affairs!
Primary duties include:
· Implement and develop student programming and activities that enhance retention, access, & belonging across campus for underrepresented student
· Advise student organizations, serving as a role model, mentor, and student advocate
· Assist with special programs within the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs including various award celebrations and recognition programs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience. This position will be asked to flex time to work some nights and weekends for functions and events. May graduates will be considered if they will be able to obtain their degree by the date of employment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and with individuals and groups with a variety of identities, cultures and backgrounds. Experience needed in advising students and student organizations, as well as, programming and budgeting skills.
