Position Summary
The Noel Studio for Academic Creativity at Eastern Kentucky University seeks to hire students from any major as Consultants and Course-Embedded Consultants (CECs). Consultants and CECs will apply critical and creative thinking strategies to support EKU students in developing effective communication skills. Successful applicants will be assigned to either the Consultant or CEC position based on the applicant’s strengths and availability, as well as position needs.
In light of changing/unknown factors inherent to the current COVID-19 pandemic, consulting approaches and work stations may vary depending on a variety of factors. Consultation delivery methods and formats will adhere to University guidelines, and may include providing consultation services in-person while adhering to distancing/masking protocols, online using a combination of synchronous and asynchronous methods and tools, and/or working remotely or from designated work stations within the Noel Studio.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be full-time students at EKU, have a 3.0 minimum GPA, and be in good academic standing with the University.
