Friday Harbor Labs has an outstanding opportunity for a Construction Maintenance Technician. Perform journey-level work in the following skilled trades areas: constructing, remodeling, repairing, and maintaining of buildings, facilities, utilities, machinery, and equipment at Friday Harbor Labs.
Under general supervision, perform construction, maintenance and repair work on institution facilities. Duties includes erecting buildings and facilities such as storage facilities, pumphouses, offices and Labs, with complete mechanical and electrical systems as well as major remodels with space utilization changes involving removing and installing walls and installing all associated mechanical and electrical systems and fixtures.
