What We Are Looking For

This Compliance Manager position is responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting of compliance for the undergraduate and graduate programs at LHSON. This position reports to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and supports the leadership team by serving as a subject matter expert and communicator of compliance standards and reporting.

This position is based in Dallas, TX. A Bachelor's degree, three years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Master's degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Preparing and filing compliance reports for the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies including but not limited to Texas Board of Nursing, CCNE, AACN, and SACSCOC.
  • Collecting data and maintaining records for compliance reporting.  Maintain schedule of reporting requirements. Report compliance data to BU departments, LHSON committees, Leadership, and Faculty as required by regulatory bodies or University/School of Nursing Policy.
  • Maintain current knowledge on regulatory changes and inform appropriate department staff and faculty of changes. Serve as liaison to regulatory and accreditation agencies as appropriate 
  • Attends meetings internal and external to LHSON to ensure compliance standards and reporting requirements are met. 
  • Assists with data analyses related accreditation, program/process improvement, or operations as needed.
