Position Description


Advertised Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of parking compliance enforcement and special events efforts. Oversee compliance enforcement personnel activities including time/attendance, scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Implement quality customer service standards and utilize problem-solving skills to positively affect the customer experience. Evaluate training materials and methods, ensuring proficiency in technology and equipment usage required for personnel performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of the principles, practices, theories, experience with special events coordination and conflict resolution.

Collaborate with university departments to address parking needs for guest/special events. Plan and implement logistics for parking activities during major university events, to include, but not limited to Athletic events and other large university and civic events. Allocate resources and personnel for all events as well as reserved parking reservations.

Handle any contract administration for enforcement or event related activities and resolve discrepancies with the PTS Business Office. Ensure timely and accurate billing for overtime assignments and special events. Interpret rules/regulations for parking appeals process and towing-related claims. Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance, making recommendations for scheduled replacement.
