Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine (FCoM) is seeking an administrative assistant for the office of Integrated Clinical Education. The administrative assistant will report to the Assistant Dean for Clinical Education and provide the department’s administrative support. The office of Integrated Clinical Education oversees the clerkship programs for YR3/YR4 medical students, community affiliate partnerships and initiatives, and the administrative processes of the clinical education program within the College of Medicine.
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the office of Clinical Education.
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer or send messages to necessary employees.
- Distribute mail.
- Organize and maintain supplies in office and copier rooms.
- Assist with projects as needed.
Required Qualifications | Must be a self- starter who will maintain a professional, upbeat, and helpful demeanor. You will be the first person that visitors, faculty/staff see when they enter the Clinical Education office.

Required Experience | Experience and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience and knowledge of Zoom and Teams; customer service skills; professional phone etiquette; and have a professional, neat appearance. |
