Rutgers University-Newark, an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking a Non-Credit Non-Teaching Coadjutant through the TRiO Student Support Services program within the Academic Foundations Center. The duties include but are not limited to the following;
1. Provide tutoring and instruction to SSS program participants requesting tutoring
2. Maintain weekly office hours
3. Render one on one tutoring
4. Assess a student’s tutoring need
5. Advises SSS staff of assessment results and tutoring needs
6. Communicates with faculty on behalf of student
7. Documents services rendered
8. Provides bi-weekly report on services rendered
9. Other duties as assigned
