Qualifications

PhD in Psychology or related field.
Knowledge and expertise in CBT treatment in clinical settings.
Knowledge and understanding of concussions, including in a sport settings.
Ability to focus on needs of programs, anticipate problems, and problem solve to ensure that problems are address and goals are achieved.
Knowledge of relevant psychological, medical, and psychiatric terminology.
Knowledge and expertise in treatment manuals/protocols pertaining to concussion, brief and targeted CBT, to help in the context of anxiety and mood disorders.
Administer rating scales and other study related tools to patients as necessary and with appropriate training and supervision.
Skill in interacting with persons of various social and educational backgrounds and age levels. Flexibility in dealing with changes in workload or assignment, pressures of deadlines, and competing requirements.
Ability to work consistently and accurately to complete assignments.
Ability to learn and consistently follow program protocols and procedures and monitor quality assurance with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skill in working with large research and clinical team, as well as efficiently working with individual team members.
