Clinical Social Worker - Stuart House Children

Stuart House is an internationally recognized model programcreated by the Rape Treatment Center to serve the special needs of sexuallyabused children and their families. Stuart House provides evidence-based,trauma informed, and culturally centered therapeutic services. As a Stuart House therapist, you will provide mental healthservices for children who are suspected victims of sexual abuse and theirnon-offending family members, including intake evaluations, comprehensivediagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and individual, family, and grouptreatment services. You will also participate in the Rape TreatmentCenter/Stuart House 24-hour on-call response system, provide on-call telephoneintake, in-person advocacy, crisis intervention, accompaniment andinformation/referral services for victims and significant others who presentfor emergency medical care/forensic examinations. Salary range: $42.90-$51.25 Hourly

  JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  

* Requires a Master’s in Social Work and California ACSW registered. * Must have experience providing trauma informed psychotherapyservices to children who are suspected victims of sexual abuse and theirfamilies. * Requires advanced knowledge of child development, sexual trauma,complex trauma, evidence-based treatment modalities, and solid diagnostic andcrisis intervention skills. * Must be able to function collaboratively as a teammember and establish effective communication with clients and staff. * Bilingual(Spanish-English) is strongly preferred.
