JOB DUTIES
Description
Make a lasting impact: join our dedicated team treating patients enrolled in the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Patients attend the Adult PHP for an average of 6-8 weeks to receive treatment for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and thought disorders. They attend 6 groups a day and see their primary therapist at least 1 time a week. The Clinical Social Worker is the primary therapist for approximately 8 to 10 patients enrolled in the program. The social worker also facilitates 2-3 groups daily for all patients enrolled in the program. The social worker is part of an interdisciplinary team of therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, and occupational therapists. CSW 2 salary range: $44.19 – $52.79 Hourly CSW 3 salary range: $48.03 – $57.40 Hourly

Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills: * Master’s degree in Social Work or Social Welfare from an accredited institution required. * Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred; must be license eligible within 1 year. * Experience facilitating group therapy required. * Knowledge of community resources required. * Trained in DBT preferred.
