Description

 

UAB Temporary Services is searching for a Clinical Research Coordinator I position to perform the following duties: 

·         Obtaining informed consent for research participants

·         Making and returning participant phone calls and text messages as needed for scheduling and navigating study participants to DXA scans on the UAB campus.

·         Assisting in data collection, verification, and organization in accordance with established study protocols.

·         Maintaining study related databases

·         Managing and issuing incentives for study participation.

·         Assisting in the management of regulatory processes.

·         Creating and maintaining a positive working relationship with all project partners

 

Qualifications

 

Preferred skills: 

·         Clinical research coordination experience preferred, but not required.

·         Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and arrange study visit scheduling with participants.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills: approachable and friendly.

·         General computer skills, including basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (I.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel)

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
