Position Summary
The Clinical Research Associate will work at the Mind & Brain Health Labs (MBHL, Department of Neurological Sciences) with the principal investigator and research team to coordinate, develop, and conduct clinical research projects aimed at improving patient health, disease treatment, and quality of life in individuals who are aging or have neurological, psychiatric, physiologic, or other medical disorders.
Will assist with clinical research projects from start to finish to support successful communication, coordination, regulatory and protocol compliance, and work across a diverse, multidisciplinary team to meet project goals.

1. 2 years of experience working in a laboratory, research, or clinical setting.
2. Experience with human subjects research/regulations/study conduct, participant recruitment, data collection, and test administration/evaluation or experience working with patients in clinical or other settings, including clinical evaluation/exams, HIPAA, and medical records.
3. Experience working with elderly, patient, and impaired populations.

formulas, macros, graphing), Adobe Photoshop, medical records (EPIC/
OneChart), research databases (REDCap), and general computer/IT technical
troubleshooting ability/knowledge.
3. Programming ability, particularly statistical programming (R, Python).
