The Clinical Quality Specialist Sr. is responsible for promoting a culture of safety and quality at UK HealthCare. This position servers as a leader for UK Healthcare teams through the facilitation of patient safety analysis and clinical documentation review with reporting of any findings as appropriate. This position will also analyze and identify trends from safety events; support educational programs in quality and patient safety; implement quality and safety initiatives as directed by nursing and medical leadership; promote ongoing improvement by sharing
