Primary Purpose:  To assist with the day to day management of the administrative and clinical functions in the clinical sites to provide excellent patient/customer service at all applicable sites.

Qualifications

 

Knowlege and Skills

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Years of Experience: Minimum of three years of experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly with patients of all education levels. Strong line management, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people. Computer, telephone, fax machine utilization skills. Proven track record leading a successful team. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Ability to work without close supervision and to set own priorities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
