Our Laboratory Medicine-Reference Laboratory Services has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, evening shift Clinical Laboratory Technician Lead.  This person will  lead CSS Clinical Laboratory Technicians and assigned staff.  Under general supervision, informs Divisional leaders of operational status in Client Support Services.  Collaborates with Division leaders to implement systematic improvements.  Assists quality and training lead in the training of CLT2s. Provides leadership to CSS staff; communicates appropriately with staff and customers; inspires and motivates subordinates by personal motivation, loyalty, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward self, others and the workplace.  Informs supervisor of operational status and personnel issues; provides leadership to CSS staff; communicates appropriately with staff and customers.
