The School of Nursing has an outstanding opportunity for a part time 50%FTE, Clinical Education Program Operations Specialist. 

Clinical Placement - Student Onboarding

In collaboration with clinical partner agencies, facilitate the student onboarding process at a variety of sites. Tasks will include onboarding paperwork, scheduling trainings, communicating with on-site facilitators, collecting documentation from students.

  • In collaboration with the Clinical Placement Coordinator, plan and track the number and type of clinical placement opportunities needed for the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program.
  • Track individual student placements as well as cohort placements ensuring variety in educational settings and clinical experiences and ensuring fairness in placements across the cohort.
  • Advise individual students and faculty regarding clinical placement policies and protocols.
  • Maintain and update a local School of nursing clinical database and run queries and clinical education reports as needed.
  • Student Compliance

    In collaboration with the Compliance Specialist, facilitate completion of clinical program compliance requirements as students enter the School of Nursing. Tasks include:
