Assists with the coordination of patient care and provides support and direction for associates in performance of their duties. Provides direct patient care when necessary. Collaborates with nurse manager on planning of unit objectives and day-to-day operations. Coordinates daily staff assignments and generates staff schedules.
Knowledge and Skills:
Qualifications
Education: BSN preferred. Nursing license required.
Years of Experience: Clinical proficiency relevant to specific clinical area. Charge nurse experience preferred.
