Clinical Compliance Coordinator

The College of Nursing Clinical Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in helping nursing students to `Learn the Healer¿s Art.¿ This position functions as the primary outreach and contact for hospital and other clinical sites to secure placements for the undergraduate and graduate nursing students each semester. These experiences are invaluable in shaping competent, compassionate, and confident nurses ready to meet the healthcare needs of individuals, families, local communities, and throughout the world.

 

What you¿ll do in this position: 

  • Secure clinical placements for undergraduate and graduate students
  • Track student and faculty requirements for access to patient care experiences
  • Develop congenial, continual working relationships with clinical facilities

 

What qualifies you for this role:

Required

  • A firm commitment to the mission of BYU 
  • Certification in a field beyond high school or two years¿ experience in a health care related environment.
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred

  • Nursing background
  • Prior experience in a healthcare field
