Clinical Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources

Job Summary

The Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business (https://business.purdue.edu/home.php) at Purdue University invites applications for the position of Clinical Assistant Professor of Management in Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior. This position is expected to begin August 2024.  

 

Qualifications include:
•    A PhD in Human Resource Management (HR), Organizational Behavior (OB), Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field completed by the start of the appointment
•    Candidates must provide documentation of teaching success in OB or HR, such as past teaching reviews or awards
•    The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading an academic program  

 

We will begin reviewing applications on December 15, 2023 and will continue until the position is filled. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 18 credit hours of HR or OB courses in our undergraduate and/or graduate programs, perform school service which may include directing an academic program, and participate in other school activities as assigned.
