Job Title: Clinic Patient Support Technician (I – III)

Job Summary: |
The Clinic Patient Support Services Technician provides front desk and patient support services and will be supervised by the Clinic Manager, the Clinic Team Lead, a senior counselor, or another designee of the Clinic Manager. This position will primarily work with patients who are participating in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), referred from probation departments and with opioid dependent patients and/or other referral sources (i.e., department of social services). This position is based on a 40-hour workweek. Standard working hours are typically 5:15am-1:45pm or 10:30am-7:00pm on Monday-Friday, and/or 5:00-9:30am on Saturdays. This position may provide coverage at other AOP clinic locations as needed. Key Responsibilities:

The ARTS Adult Outpatient Program (AOP) is within the School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. ARTS AOP, with clinic locations in Denver, Aurora, and Arvada, provides Medication Assisted Treatment, drug and alcohol assessment, psychosocial and pharmacological treatment for adults. Programs in various clinic locations include traditional outpatient, intensive outpatient and may contain specialty services for clients referred by the criminal justice system, county departments of human services, and services for pregnant women, individuals who are HIV positive or gender responsive services. Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established as: Technician I: $39,816 - $49,373 Technician II: $41,808 - $51,845 Technician III: $48,396 - $60,017 The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
