Responsibilities

As a product expert, you are at home with technology, love teaching, and are tool agnostic. You are excellent at breaking down complex processes into digestible pieces for optimal learning and retention. The Client Success Trainer role will work closely with the Director of Digital Strategy and the Digital Strategy Manager to build an enterprise-wide, user-centric, and ongoing training program for a large workforce.

In this role, you will design, deliver, and facilitate learning solutions to a variety of audiences, with varying degrees of technical savviness. Working in close concert with the product and digital teams, you will create content, host trainings, and plan/execute training logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients are fully trained on the product at hand, and feel comfortable adopting the technology into their daily to weekly workflows.
