Job Summary
Provide administrative support of a unit’s routine business or academic activities.
Minimum Education and Experience

High school graduate or equivalent: Some college coursework or relevant experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
Comfortable with MS Office Suite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This person will provide front desk support and act as the first point of contact for Faculty, Students and Staff that walk in for assistance. This person is responsible for the business operations of the area including reconciling accounts, utilizing e-procurement software, credit card reconciliation, inventory management and other projects that arise. The AA will assist in managing budgets, purchasing materials and maintaining files to be audit compliant. Must be able to work independently.

Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
