Job Summary: | The Office of Compliance advances compliance with applicable laws and policies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. We collaborate with University partners to minimize compliance risk and promote ethical conduct throughout the University. Responsibilities: | Independently investigates and assists in the resolution of complex, sensitive and high-profile discrimination complaints filed with the institution. Determines whether allegations meet institution criteria for filing a complaint of discrimination and works with additional legal bodies to identify and recommend outcomes.
