Our White Lodging School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Purdue University Northwest is seeking a Chef to supervise the daily back of house operations in our university’s foodservice facility. The Chef’s responsibilities include supervising the preparation and cooking of food, maintaining targeted inventory data, guide other kitchen staff, and comply with safety and health regulations. Maximize profitability through menu mix, meal cost, expectations, inventory control, cost control, labor analysis and productivity analysis.  Responsible for overall variety, quality, presentation, and nutritional value of foods, including details related to allergies.
