Posting Summary | Provide technical support, oversight, coordination, and supervision for the School of the Arts Ceramics Co-op. Responsible for supporting members in the understanding and use of Co-op spaces and equipment. Oversee daily operations, maintenance, processing of clay projects, and member management. Hire, schedule, supervise, train, and mentor student and temp employees. |
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Bachelor’s degree in art or related field and one to three years related experience required. Experience with ceramics and kiln use required. Effective organizational, instructional, and communication skills required. Knowledge and ability to operate ceramic tools and equipment required. Experience working with clay and in a running a kiln required. |

Anticipated Pay Range | $24.00/hr to $27.20/hr |
