Job Summary/Basic Function | This position will assist the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) through programming, marketing, and membership recruitment. OLLI is a member-centered community of adult learners that offers programs designed for individuals aged 50 and older who wish to pursue lifelong learning through classes, trips, and tours. |

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities | • Recruit and develop future presenters • Recruit members and participants for OLLI programs • Coordinate presenter requests for media equipment and handout materials • Develop program materials and support materials relative to OLLI. • Maintain Social Media accounts • Utilize member registration software • Create marketing materials and assist in mass mailings • Assist in the design and completion of program guides • Ability to manage multiple tasks and details • Assist with service events supported by CCE or University Engagement • Other duties as assigned by supervisors • Vehicle and valid driver’s license is required |
