Job Summary/Basic Function
This position will assist the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) through programming, marketing, and membership recruitment. OLLI is a member-centered community of adult learners that offers programs designed for individuals aged 50 and older who wish to pursue lifelong learning through classes, trips, and tours.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday. Some evening and weekend hours might be required based on events.

Job Duties


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruit and develop future presenters
• Recruit members and participants for OLLI programs
• Coordinate presenter requests for media equipment and handout materials
• Develop program materials and support materials relative to OLLI.
• Maintain Social Media accounts
• Utilize member registration software
• Create marketing materials and assist in mass mailings
• Assist in the design and completion of program guides
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and details
• Assist with service events supported by CCE or University Engagement
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license is required
