Position Summary:       

Exam proctors for the Beren and Wilf campuses.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Pre-exam: Make sure students have no unauthorized materials, equipment etc. at their desks
  • Exam distribution: Distribute exact number of exams and any supporting materials as required
  • During exam: Monitor room for any student-to-student communication. Report any incidents of violations of integrity with supporting evidence to ODS administrators
  • Exam collection: Supervise an orderly collection of all exam papers and sign-out sheets

Experience & Educational Background:

  • High School Degree required
  • College Degree (BA/BS) preferred
  • Educational experience an asset
  • Must be able to survey exam room and proctor exams in different locations

  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Good judgment
  • Attention to detail
  • Unquestioned integrity

Salary Range:

$20-$20 per hour
