Position Summary:

Rutgers University-Newark, an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking Casual Non-Teaching Coadjutants through the Educational Opportunity Fund Program within the Academic Foundations Center.
The duties include but are not limited to the following;

Coordinating either the English or Math component of the EOF Summer Program

Developing and managing the course syllabus in the designated subject area and ensuring that the syllabus meets the program standards

Reporting student learning outcomes, class reviews, and/or analyzing student data

Hire and supervise instructors and tutors in designated subject area

Develop tutoring schedule and oversee tutoring component

Collaborating with colleagues on course curriculum, assignments, diagnostics, and activities

Attending faculty, program, or other mandatory meetings, trainings, and orientations

Other duties as assigned based on program

Minimum Education and Experience:

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, as well as, must have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the subject area.
