Summary of Position | Keene State College invites applications for a Case Manager to serve as direct support to the Assistant Dean of Students in the area of Community Standards and will manage multiple tasks while fulfilling the strategic goals as established by Dean of Students Office. The Case Manager is responsible for administration and management of Community Standards processes, will review cases, assist in distribution and adjudication of cases, and will work to support all Community Living Hearing Officers. Additional responsibilities include: providing non-clinical case management and intervention for students presenting to Dean of Students Office, or arising with concerns through CARES (Concern Awareness REsponse Support) reporting & BIT (Behavioral Intervention Team). Under the direction of the Dean of Students Office the Case Manager coordinates critical support for students by triaging referrals, coordinating and tracking interventions to KSC students in need of support and guidance as they navigate inside and outside of the classroom. Concerns range from mental health issues, financial hardship, interpersonal concerns, academic challenges, and struggles to meet basic human needs, etc.. The Case Manager works closely with CARES program administration to guide students toward tools and resources necessary to support their continuing collegiate journey and works collaboratively with multiple departments on campus to offer guidance and support to students to foster success. |
