Job Summary:


The Department for Community Outreach and Applied Research is accepting applications for a Career Specialist – Non-Custodial Parent. This position is located in Johnson County and is contingent upon Grant Funding.
The position provides career and case management services for non-custodial parents. Provides services to employers to locate, assess, interview, and hire employees. Maintains client records in a centralized database information management system and other data formats such as standardized case files. Integrates provision of services to job seekers, employers, and other providers of services that are located in the American Job Center (AJC). This position specializes in working with non-custodial parents in cooperation with Child Enforcement. The position attends court and receives referrals from Child Support Magistrates/Judges or Child Support Enforcement.
