| About the Institution | Indiana State University is a Tier 2 national University with a Carnegie classification of doctoral/research. | Job Summary/Basic Function | Serves as the leader and chief administrator for the Career Center as it provides resources and opportunities for student, alumni, faculty, and employer clients related to career exploration, career readiness competency development, employer engagement, internships and experiential learning and student employment. They lead a team in understanding workforce trends and responsible for informing campus partners on those trends. They play a central role in supporting the career connected pillar of the university strategic plan. |

Serves as the primary spokesperson and advocate for Career Center services and programs.
