A staff position (non-faculty) for a doctoral-level epidemiologist with experience in cancer epidemiology is available in the Department of Epidemiology and Population Health at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. The position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to analyse data and publish extensively from cohort studies of diet, lifestyle, molecular factors, and cancer risk, and to become involved in the development of new cancer-related studies.

The Albert Einstein College of Medicine is a leading research institution with a strong commitment to excellence in research. It has a number of NIH-funded centers, including one in cancer. The Department of Epidemiology and Population Health is well recognized for its multi-disciplinary programs in epidemiologic and prevention research, and has a strong cadre of cancer epidemiologists.

Applicants should have a strong interest in cancer etiology in general, and they should have strong data analysis and writing skills. Qualified candidates include doctoral graduates (Ph.D., Dr. P.H., or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience.
