POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Campus Manager (CM) is the day-to-day on-site management representative for their location. This is a unique position because the CM manages the location, has knowledge and awareness of the business operations, without the direct responsibility of all the support teams located within the site managed.
The CM provides indirect leadership by example in their actions as well as operational management regarding supervision of the Campus Support Specialist (CSS) position, campus culture, facility maintenance, student engagement, and company policies and procedures.
This dynamic individual is a problem solver responsible for delivering quality customer service measured by a high level of student satisfaction. The expectation of this position is managing the day-to-day student and staff experiences, and execution of our leadership principles to accomplish success for students and campus.
The Campus Manager reports to the Chief Operations Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the selection, recruitment, development, and evaluation of the CSS for the assigned campus.
- Full training and scope of work of the CSS tasks is required of the CM position, and the ability to perform these tasks as needed to ensure the campus is operating at optimal level.
- Provides campus tours, outreach, and daily classroom check-in for new students.
- Provides campus communications to newly enrolled students.
- Provides campus orientation for new students.
- Works closely and communicates effectively with departmental leaders to ensure quality customer service is provided to our students in person or through video connection within the core areas of the business which include Admissions, Student Services, Education, and Career Services.
- Coordination with department leaders ensuring campus staff is receiving information as necessary to perform their duties.
- Manage the generation of Campus Generated leads through events on campus and in the community.
- Create local social media content for use by the Marketing department.
- Have a presence on social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop relationships with employers and community members for the purpose of campus growth, externship, and job placement of graduates.
- This position will require focused attention on the student experience; measured by percentage-based growth metrics on a quarterly, mid-year, and yearly evaluation.

- Attend and participate in quarterly management meetings.
- Personally follow and uphold all supporting team members to the policies and procedures established by the campus and/or company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree required in Vancouver, WA and Anchorage, AK
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred in all other locations
- Proven track record of successful, performance-driven leadership
- Experience working in a metric-based position
- Experience managing while overseeing multiple, ongoing projects
- Excellent organization, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute expectations as outlined by department leaders
- Ability to generate enthusiasm and support with/for staff and customers. Yes, you will need to be a cheerleader
COMPENSATION
- Salary - Exempt position
- MIN: $ 67,724.80 to $76,252.80
- Full time position, with potential for flex time based on weekly campus activity
- Compensation dependent upon experience, knowledge, and education level
