Job Summary/Basic Function | The Graduate Assistant (GA) is a member of the Office of Campus Life within the Division of Student Affairs. The GA is responsible for fulfilling the mission of Indiana State University and the Office of Campus Life through a variety of services; mainly through providing and supporting events, programs and co-curricular activities. In addition, the student may be responsible for advising students and committees in areas within Campus Life (i.e., Union Board, SLC), and steering committees: Homecoming and Spring Week, actively engaging the ISU student population, supporting departmental initiatives, serving on committees and additional responsibilities as needed. The GA in campus life will be supervised by and report directly to the Director, and/or Associate Director of Campus Life. |
