BYU Athletics Corporate Sponsorship Team - Partner Service Coordinator

Job Summary

The Partner Services Coordinator will support the Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of fulfillment including the coordination of advertising/sponsorship packages, building and maintaining relationships with clients, all aspects of premier customer service, partnership marketing, conceptual sales/fulfillment and other duties as assigned. This role will include the overseeing of one of the exclusive corporate sponsorship hosting spaces, ensuring positive interactions with clients on game day as well as coordinating social media sponsorship campaigns.

Duties/Expectations:  

1. Advertising/Sponsorship Contracted Asset Fulfillment

  • Implements all sales commitments made to partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Creates regular detailed reports on status updates for sales leaders and partners
  • Manages distribution of merchandise, tickets, autographed items, and other related hospitality items as assigned
  • Manages fulfillment needs for one or more of the following distribution channels: print, signage, digital, social media, radio, TV, etc.
  • Manages trade and/or cash agreements and oversight of corporate requirements concerning tracking and usage
  • Organizes and hosts special events and functions for partner high-level executives
  • Inventory management (i.e., ad space across all platforms including print, signage, digital, social media, radio, TV, etc.), including:
  • Prepares and presents seasonal recaps of contracted assets with sellers

2. Customer Service and Client Relationship Building

  • Cultivates relationships with current and prospective sponsors
  • Resolves activation issues with partner
  • Entertains existing and new sponsors during hospitality and athletic events
  • Supports the sales teams in managing and handling their accounts and contacts
  • Coordinates with BYU Broadcasting on radio productions

3. Partnership Marketing

  • Collaborates with BYU Athletic marketing in development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives intended to increase partner exposure on campus and within the community

4.   Customer Relationship Management Database Administration

  • Apprises sales staff and media crews of CRM system needs and requirements
  • Provides reports and information about all property sales data from the CRM as needed
  • Maintains functionality of the Customer Relationship Management database including verifying data, running reports, and measuring assets

5. Other Duties as Assigned

What Qualifies You to Apply?

Required:

Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years experience in a professional setting in customer service, sales, and/or marketing, OR experience competing/participating in a collegiate sports program OR equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred

Demonstrated track record of success in a sports marketing environment supporting a sales group is strongly preferred . A history of success in a media, entertainment or sports organization would be strongly preferred
