Department Summary
The Collaboration, Productivity, & Workplace Products team conceives, configures, monitors, defines, tests, delivers, monitors, optimizes, and refines Collaboration, Productivity, & Workplace products and application technologies, including but not limited to mobile and web applications, collaboration tools, CRM products, budget/financial management products, HR applications, and other services. This department also works to optimize user experience, address digital accessibility needs, and establish the highest standards of quality assurance and release management for UCLA's administrative applications and technologies.
Position Summary
The Business Systems Analyst, Collaboration & Productivity Products will help define, test, and deliver Collaboration & Productivity products to maximize business value. The Business Analyst, Collaboration & Productivity Products will conduct customer research and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements and help translate them into functional and technical requirements. Through the use of various analytical tools and methodologies, they will identify trends and opportunities that can drive innovation and efficiency in UCLA's technological offerings. In addition, they will contribute to the strategic planning process by providing insights and data-driven recommendations to help shape the university's IT roadmap.
This role will also support the product team's delivery and sustainment of an excellent end-to-end customer experience. The Business Systems Analyst, Collaboration & Productivity Products will positively impact UCLA's operations and culture by enabling University stakeholders to effectively leverage Collaboration & Productivity products and applications. This team member will advance the University's mission by delivering exceptional information technology services comprehensively and consistently across faculty, staff, and students. This role will execute UCLA's vision while modeling UCLA's culture and values.
Salary & Compensation
*UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common. Special Conditions for Employment
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that includes regular visits to campus as needed (for those who work remotely, travel/lodging expenses are not eligible for reimbursement).
The anticipated pay range for this position is $103,500 - $115,000, annually; salary is dependent upon the skills and experience of the selected finalist.

8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. PT, Monday through Friday and/or variable based upon operational needs.
