Position Overview: |
The Business Services Specialist, in the Academic Affairs Other Units Shared Services Center (AAOU SSC) will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day Accounting & Finance operations for the center’s 18+ units, as well as Human Resources and Payroll operations for our home department, and is the designated backup Payroll Preparer for other AAOU SSC staff, for all AAOU SSC assigned departments HR & Payroll operations. |

Join the AAOU SSC! We are a centralized group that provides payroll and hiring assistance to departments under Academic Affairs. We serve as the subject matter experts on the University’s general business processes (Accounting, Budgeting, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll & Hiring, Procurement). Required Minimum Qualifications: |
Note: Additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year of experience. |
