Description of Work
Provide administrative support to the Business Manager. Responsible for capital project budget tracking, contract documents, purchase orders and invoice processing, and reconciliation of expenditures. Coordinates the Athletic Department inventory system and the purchase, receipt, storage and maintenance of facility supplies, tools and machines. Minimum Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree plus two (2) years’ experience in administrative or secretarial position; equivalent education/experience will be considered. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational skills required. Computer knowledge essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or sports related field preferred. Ideal candidate will have Customer service experience that may have involved working with complex problems, and customer complaints or concerns. Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access preferred.
