Summary of Position
The Business Analyst is responsible for analysis of varied business processes by using professional expertise and departmental policies and procedures and assisting in the development of solutions. This position requires a blend of student financial functional knowledge, technical proficiency, data analysis skills, and analytical problem-solving skills to increase and improve business efficiencies. Collaborate with key partners within the Enrollment Management and IT divisions, other areas across the college, and with technical third-party partners.

Other minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience, Associate’s degree and four years, or combination of education and experience equal to six years. Experience in creating SQL code. Effective oral and written communication skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Ability to code in PL/SQL, .Net (dot-Net) and Drupal experience helpful. Ability to troubleshoot operating system and basic hardware issues.
