The Student Engagement Administration at Georgia State University is seeking a Business Affairs Coordinator (Temp) to assist with administrative/budget management functions. This position reports to the Director Student Engagement & Programs Administration.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The Business Affairs Coordinator (Temp) will provide administrative support to the HR Coordinator, Manager Business Services, Business Manager, and Director, Student Engagement and Programs Administration.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Reconcile and audit business transactions.
- Perform accounts payable functions by entering expenditures into the University’s procurement system.
- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with tracking financial expenditures.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements/reports, including monthly budget expenditure tracking.
- Assists with special projects.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of business management experience; or combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Experience working in a university setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
