Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a field related to the position.
  • Two (2) years of professional business, financial, and/or managerial work experience.

    (NOTE: A Master’s Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1) year (12 months) of work experience.)

    • This position requires Illinois residency within 180 days of the hire date.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Epic Revenue Cycle experience preferred
  • Significant knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third party payer billing, rules, guidelines, compliance, and regulations.
  • Proven analytical and critical-thinking skills, required to synthesize complex data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and trends to review root causes, resulting in measurable performance improvement and successful organizational change.
  • Impactful and professional written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to collaborate with those within, as well as outside of, the Revenue Cycle to understand challenges, and adapt methodologies and approaches to ensure results align with system objectives 
  • Evidence of leadership, integrity, initiative, and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Supervisory and administrative abilities.  Decision making ability.
  • Knowledge of management principles, practices, methods and techniques.
