Breast Pathologist Clinical Associate #PAT026

The University of Chicago’s Department of Pathology seeks a Clinical Associate at full-time effort for a term of up to two years. Clinical responsibilities will primarily include coverage of the busy breast pathology service and related conference as well as coverage of different areas of general surgical pathology, including frozen section and autopsy coverage along with other surgical pathology faculty. The position does not require teaching or scholarly activity, but will involve interaction with pathology trainees and students.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for a medical license in the State of Illinois, and 3) be board-certified or board eligible in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology.
