The St. Catherine University Bookstore provides customer service both in-store and online to a small, diverse campus in alignment with the University’s mission and values. The Bookstore Coordinator will:
  • Promote the campus store through social media and various marketing opportunities on campus
  • Help manage inventory and supply chain demand
  • Fulfill in-store and online purchases in a timely manner
  • Assist with sales events on campus
  • Open and close the Bookstore when needed
  • Assist store managers with tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma / GED
  • Experience communicating and interacting with diverse customers and community members
  • Experience or exposure to customer service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of generally accepted business and retail practices.
  • Knowledge of MBS software program: ARC (encompassing: TA, GM, InSite)
  • Knowledge of trends in collegiate market; inventory control management experience.
  • Social media for business experience
  • Experience serving students, staff, faculty, and alums
