AZ Online seeks a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team, dedicated to expanding education accessibility. The Program Coordinator will work independently, under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director, Academic Programs & Strategic Initiatives, streamlining the online course management process.

This role is integral in ensuring that students have access to the courses they need to make consistent progress in their degree program, collaborating with colleagues across all academic units and Room & Couse Scheduling (RCS).

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review schedule of classes year-round to track student enrollment in AZ Online courses, ensuring appropriate course availability for both new and continuing students.
  • Establish a course tracking calendar that matches Room and Course Scheduling (RCS) schedule release dates to ensure ample time for seat projections, review, and course adjustments when necessary.
  • Maintain internal course database, utilizing Monday.com CRM.
  • Oversee new online course developments and scheduling.
  • Partner with Program Coordinators from academic units and RCS to ensure that planned courses are listed in a timely manner with appropriate enrollment requirement groups (if necessary).
  • This position serves as a point person for department schedulers, RCS, and general education offerings.
  • Trouble shoot student course needs, collaborate with advising and Digital Learning.
  • Support Project Management team as needed.
  • Creating course enrollment reports, identify high enrolling course trends and needs.
  • Develop capacity to understand project management tools and support/identify process efficiencies.
  • Support scheduling of project management/college recurring program development meetings.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with varying stakeholders and departments.
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Enrollment Management functions in UAccess.
  • Knowledge of reporting within UAccess Analytics.
  • Knowledge in Monday.com CRM.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing schedule of classes and/or RCS processes.
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook scheduler and PowerPoint.
