Position Summary Information
General Information | The JMU Athletics Department is seeking Athletic Ticket Office Student Assistants for the 2022-2023 academic year. Average work hours will range from 6-15 hours a week, Monday through Friday, including nights and weekends depending on events. Students will be required to work all home football games and majority of home men’s and women’s basketball games. Hours are flexible to accommodate student’s schedule. This position will work out of the Atlantic Union Bank Center. |

Qualifications | Preference will be given to applicants that are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; previous experience with database software; as well as previous experience with cash handling and working under pressure. Applicants should also have the ability to successfully work with a wide variety of people and exemplify good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Students will be required to work all home football games. |
Conditions of Employment | Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
