Responsible for coverage of the, Babson Recreation and Athletics Complex (BRAC), including the Webster building, and following proper procedures and health and wellness guidelines to ensure high quality customer service.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that all BRAC users have the correct identification that gives them permission to use the facility.
• Responsible for following established procedures at all times.
• Responsible for working with Public Safety on any emergency need.
• Responsible for working with Facilities Services on any maintenance need.
• Assists with game management, user groups, and Special Events as needed.
• Assists and supports the efforts of Athletics staff members.
• Facilitates facility scheduling as necessary.
• Oversees the student work force and their facility closing procedures.
• Responsible for inventorying and securing all desk supplies.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Level of Education Required High school diploma

Minimum Level of Experience Required Less than one year

Working Conditions Afternoons, evenings, weekends
and Light lifting required
(50 pounds and under)

Additional Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, particularly oral communication
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency
